Terms & conditions

Each A+ Auction sale is conducted under the terms published with that auction. By registering to bid, in person or online, you accept those terms together with the general conditions below.

Bidding

Lots are sold as is, where is. Previews and inspection times are announced with each sale; please inspect what you intend to buy.
The auctioneer’s decision on any dispute is final. Buyer’s premium, sales tax, payment and removal terms are stated in each auction’s listing.
Real estate is sold subject to the terms and conditions announced for that property, including any earnest money and closing requirements.

Pick-up and removal

Purchases are located as stated in the sale listing. Getting them to you is the buyer’s responsibility; removal deadlines are announced with each sale.
